The effect of caffeine is different for different people. It will suppress your appetite and help you lose water weight. But it is possible that it will make your anxiety much worse. Even a little bit can do that, it just depends. It’s also not very healthy. You will probably feel like crap. Consuming too much can cause caffeine intoxication. It will disrupt your sleeping, moods, and you’ll probably experience withdrawal symptoms since it leaves your body so quickly.

smoking is a terrible habit and once you realize this and try to quit you will only gain the weight right back. Caffeine may give you energy but it also stimulates your appetite. Your goal should not be 25 lbs in one month you will ONLY gain it right back. You need to permanently change your eating and exercising habits in order to loose weight. Also you will not have an issue with loose skin if your goal is one to three pounds per week and I know this sounds tedious but if you stick to it you will have a new happier you that sticks around. Remember it took you 26 years to get this way you cannot change over night. Please consider my suggestion.
