As a general rule things with a lot of water in them are good, such as fruit and vegetables. Carrot sticks with hummous should be OK. Mozerella is a bit lighter than other cheeses so if you want cheese that’s probably one of the best. I’d stay away from chocolate in general. Oh and grapes are fantastic.

I’ve been told that aged cheese triggers migraines for a lot of people- like aged cheddar and aged parmesan. Things with a lot of salt give me headaches, so I steer clear of microwaveable things. Also no Chinese b/c they sometimes add MSG. Also, no clams, oysters, scallops, or mussels.
Eat grilled chicken with mild flavors- minimal added spices and especially nothing with MSG. Fresh fruits and veggies and minimal caffeine.
Dark chocolate might not be the best bet since you’re so sensitive.
