hey well you look good honestly, but if you can start going for jogs around your neighbourhood or you can alternate between walking and jogging. Also do some exercises at home like jumping jacks, leg lifts, pilates or buy a WII fit.
Go pretty strict on the diet – only healthy foods like fruit and veg, fish, low fat dairy and whole grains like cereal. Be consistent with these and eat about 4 times a day. Always eat breakfast – but I’m sure you know this anyway. Drink green tea in the morning. Control your portions. Eat on a regular basis, don’t wait until you are starving. Get a good night’s sleep. Keep moving – don’t sit down all day!
try and do cardio morning and night if you can for faster results.
Stick to these pretty basic rules and you will lose weight!
(not that you really need to but whatever makes you happy)

hello
i had the same problem
i tried lots of things. you really need to work hard and get your diet right.its tough but not impossible.
i also read lots of information on net and lots of books which helped me.
i lost around 15 kg or so by doing proper exercise and diet
out of all i found this e book the best one.http://www.allahdins.com
its abt loosing fat and it hardly cost $30.it got lots of useful information.

Im like you! 19 and kinda the same height & weight… Here’s what I know…
It takes -3500 calories to loose a pound, which means you need to both burn calories by working out & take less calories in by eating in order to loose weight.
Eat fruits & veggies of course. It’s typical to eat a small breakfast and a big dinner, but my health teacher said you actually want to do the opposite. And never skip breakfast, it helps you loose weight. I stopped driking pop and lost 50 pounds in 1 year!! Don’t drink juice. You’d think fruit juice is good for you, but its not. It has alot of sugar and extra calories. People say dont eat carbs’ not true, 60% of your diet is suposed to be from some type of carbs… just make sure you eat whole grain or whole wheat bread. And drink only skim milk, all others arent so great for you. Just watch what you eat and pay attention to nutrition labels!
Make sure you do some weight bearing activities along with cardio, it’ll help build muscle and burn fat! Go for a walk/run! Or run up and down your staris or jump-rope! Those are free easy ways to get your cardio! Crunches and push-ups are always good too!

Your so lovely! Here’s a basic diet that might help you in achieving the body you want:
Basic Diet Consists of 3-4 days of eating the following foods at each meal (4-5 meals/day):
4-5 oz of fish, chicken, lean beef, turkey
4 cups of veggies of these types (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, brussell’s sprouts, collard greens, spinach) – these are usually frozen and I measure out 4 cups total of any combination of them
1 tablespoon olive oil
seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, hot sauce, soy sauce – anything without calories). No need to limit salt intake here if you like to salt your foods.
Supplements consist primarily of:
