Health wise as long as you dont stop eating and you do regular healthy excersice you should be fine. All Human bodies are built different so if thats the weight you lost by just cutting back on soda and snacks your on the right path to a healthy living lifestyle.

You are basically shedding 5lbs per week and thats not healthy. Most dieticians/nutritionist would recommend an average of 1-2lbs per week. The rationale is that it enables your body to conditioned itself gradually to your new weight. Also, a gradual weight loss will result in a permanent weight loss.

It’s ideal to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
4 weeks X’s 2 pounds is 8lbs.
So really its not that big of a deal, but chances are losing it that fast means it will come back.
