You say that you ‘lose weight fast’. If you are basing this on your first couple of weeks of dieting/weight loss be careful to not expect that rate for the rest of your program. Your initial weight loss is always faster and expecting to maintain that rate of loss will set you up for motivation problems.
That said, while determining and striving to reach your ideal weight is an excellent idea, the amount you’re talking about it could have serious side effects as listed in the reference below. This is especially likely especially if you are achieving this loss through fasting or something equally unhealthy.
You should definitely consult a doctor or qualified dietitian to advise you on the best way to proceed.

A HEALTHY goal is 2 pounds a week. Do the math.
Otherwise, you run a great risk of sports injury (if you’re exercising, which I kind of doubt), or ruining your digestive system with weight loss pills and other crap.

you say 92 more pounds, did you lose the first batch of weight by having your brains sucked out? why are you asking the people here when your that unhealthy???

hearth attack is the main risk. But if you lose 92 pounds in 2 years then you will be healthier.
