I’m trying to loose 15 lbs. myself–after loosing same in the past few years.
People say “You look fine”, when you know 15 lbs. leads to 20 lbs. to…
A person has to know when enough is enough.
You have no leeway when you’re 15-20 lbs. above your ideal.
Drink lots of green tea. Go on the apple cider vinegar diet.
Fruit makes me hungry, so I’m on a low carb diet…but whatever YOU like, in moderation.

oh my gawd!!! no one is ever happy with their body!!! if you seriously do this much exercise then i’m sure you look great! just get up there and be confident!! know that the majority of the people are probably thinking ‘wow! she looks great!’

eat breakfast every morning and eat a salad for dinner
stay away from carbs and things that’ll bloat you up (like bread and pasta)
trying doing leg lifts (lie on your back, head off the ground, hands under your butt, legs straight out together and lift until your body is in an L shape) … start with 20 and add 10 each time you do them.. don’t forget to breathe!!!!
i don’t know how long you do crunches for, but if you do them and situps for 4 minutes each day (2 minutes for crunches & 2 minutes for situps), you should see results in about 8 days… my friend did these and lost weight and toned up in 2 weeks

If you are really serious about losing this weight you must cleanse your body to the cellular level at once. I lost over 47 lbs in less than 3 months. It is very possible to get the weight off safely within the designated time frame if you are determine to do so. Do A Cellular Cleanse. It is the best way to lose weight.

well hope there is a full moon on the next day and well if it happens just drink water all day u will loose weight fast on that and never gain it back or u could just drink that hollywood diet u could find that on walmart…good luck on that..

I bet you look a lot better than you think you do. If you want to look AMAZING for that school event, I’d suggest you spend the next 13 days working on your confidence and self-esteem instead. There is no safe way to lose 10-15 pounds in 13 days.
