Say Yes to Weight Loss
Exploring the secrets of fast permanent weight loss
I’ve heard the second week is the hardest especially because there is little results and not as easy to stick to. At what point will it get easier mentally? Also, when do results start to show, is it a lot of weight loss the first week, then hardly anything the next, then stay at a steady rate after that?

It’s all depend on which weight loss program that you incorporate in order to achieve your ideal weight. A healthy weight loss program is one which does not make you lose weight in such a manner that your health is spoiled. Starvation is not a worthy way to lose weight because most people will fail to abide to the program rules after a certain period.
Many such programs and diet plans go overboard in their attempt to make people lose fat rapidly. Fad diets or starvation diets are a definite no-no. There are so many harmful effects of starving yourself and not eating properly. And many times you would not lose body fat with such fad diets, instead you will lose water weight. Similarly – low carb diets, low protein diets etc. that make you eat only a certain kind of food and not others are also not a very good method of weight loss.
Previously I have joint a weight loss program and I manage to achieve an average weight loss of 7 lbs in every 10 days. Although the weight loss seems not substantial but the thing is that I’m able to sustain my ideal weight since 5 years ago. Best of all i don’t need to starve myself to death.

When does weight loss start to get easier?
I am a pescetarian, meaning that i am a “vegitarian” who eats fish. I am looking for a weight loss plan that will help me lose some weight while still not eating any meat other than fish.

Great.i was a pescetarian myself some years ago..take steamed fish with oatmeal for dinner(you may season it with pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil, and do add eggplants and carrots by the side)…do stick to your regular dose of veggies n fruit…do keep a limit on soy products because too much soy raises estrogen in your blood and that will be enough to limit your body from burning excess fat… Fatloss4idiots diet plan really help me generate a diet plan with the food that i choice. It’s really helpful. Hope this help

What is good weight loss plan for a pescetarian?
I want to detoxify my body and loss weight healthily and rapidly. I want to lose 90 lbs by the end of the year.
Best reply by Emile:
I did fatloss4idiots diet plan and I lost about 50 pounds in not even 3 months. And I’ve kept it off for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the easiest diet because it pretty much told you what you could and couldn’t eat and you didn’t have to count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn’t typical for the amount of time I did it but I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well.
